The other good news is we have negotiated great rates both for signup and ongoing monthly fees. Here are our fees:

Discount rate	2.39%
Monthly fee (regardless of transaction fees)	$20.00
Per transaction fee	$.30
Monthly Minimum Discount Charges	$15.00

Therefore, once you have signed up, you will be charged a minimum of $35.00 per month. The monthly minimum discount fee of $15 is assessed until you have processed approximately $628. The $.30 transaction fee does not apply towards the $15 Monthly Minimum.

Example #1: You set up your account and never used it. You are charged the $20 monthly fee plus the monthly minimum fee = $35.

Example #2: You had 100 transactions at $20 each. You are charged $20 for the monthly fee, $47.80 for the discount fee (100 X $20 X .0239) and $30 in transaction fees (100 X .30)

Example #3: You had 10 transactions at $20 each. You are charged $20 for the monthly fee, $15 for the discount charges (since 10 X $20 X .0239 = $4.78 which is < $15) and $3 in transaction fees (10 X .30). Your monthly charges: $38.00.

Please note: The bank may also assess other charges such as for charge backs. However, the above charges are the normal ordinary fees.
