Details on the Program Watcher tab for NTPwatch Properties in the NTpage Client.
NTpage Watcher also employs a very simple method to watch a program to make sure it is still executing. This only works if the program was coded with this scheme in mind. It is not currently possible to watch any or all programs.
Periodically, NTpage Watcher looks for a certain file on the disk. If it finds it, it renames that file to another name. Your program must periodically rename that file back to the original name that the Watcher is looking for. If the watcher program fails to see the file for a period of time, it will send out an alarm.
To monitor a program, run the NTpage Client, click Configuration, NTPwatch Properties, then click the Program Watcher Tab. Click the Add a program to monitor button. Then fill in each of the fields as specified below.

Monitor Program Name Enter the name of the program you are going to monitor. `
